Arrival and Departure
Arrival possible from 2:00 p.m., departure by 11:00 a.m. Your package begins from 2:00 p.m. with the option of using the bathing area and moving into your room/suite.
Upon your departure by 11:00 a.m. our hotel services finish. Should you want to use our bathing area until a later time, we offer a special price of Euro 7.50 for 3.5 hours.
We would ask you to let us know if you will be arriving after 6:00 p.m. Please be aware that in the event of later arrival or early departure the full amount will be charged.
Payment arrangements
Bills for rooms can be paid in cash (Euro and foreign currency at the respective rate for the day). Cash machine card (PIN code) or Visa, Master card and Diners club card can also be used. We do however NOT ACCEPT credit cards for the following services: FOR ARRANGEMENTBUCHUNGEN, PAKETEN, OFFERS, AGREED SPECIAL PRICES, GROUP BOOKINGS, SEMINAR ARRANGEMENTS, GIFTS SUCH AS JAMS etc.
Also applicable to our offers: White Weeks, offer for short-breaks, indulgence days, offer week 7 = 6 and other offers we have given at short notice.
